If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Real Estate Supply Store / RESS.com you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund less any shipping charges.

Custom imprinted and custom fabricated items are non-returnable. The following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and be un-used and in re-sellable condition.

• Returned item must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, hardware, etc.

• Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Real Estate Supply Store / RESS.com. Simply e-mail your request to: returns@RESS.com

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it actually arrives at our warehouse.  We do not refund shipping charges.
